Hi
My name is Brenda Marr and I am an NMC fully registered RMN nurse who has further trained and specialised in the areas of
EMDR
Analytical Hypnotherapy
Counselling
Life Coaching
And now Kairos.
I live in Fife, St Andrews- which is also near to the small fishing villages of Crail & Anstruther as well as the larger towns of Leven, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes and Dunfermline.
I work from home having set up my business Hypnoplease over 2 years ago and also have premises within Arbroath Angus where I work in a purpose built centre offering my unique service to members of the public; assisting them to overcome stress, trauma- physical and emotional.
I also work with organisations who are proactive in reducing staff absence, creating a healthy working lives initiative and promoting health and well being amongst staff.
My approach is friendly, informal and seeks to enable you to facilitate change and obtain your own maximum potential of health and well being.
I commenced my working life (many moons ago!) in the social work field in various settings and roles before undertaking my mental health nurse training where I again enjoyed a varied and invigorating career and gained invaluable experiences and skills.
I then wanted to further train in other methods of enabling people to facilitate change and to promote their own optimum health;- hence the training in Analytical hypnotherapy and EMDR.
Having successfully run my own business now for in excess of 2 years, I again reached a point where I had an urge to again look at other modalities , and was introduced to the workings of Kairos.
My aim is to provide a range of modalities, therefore enabling choice in approaches which enable people to facilitate change and to release them from any physical or emotional aspects of their being which are restrictive to them.
