Bio.
Born in Cork I was reared in Dungarvan, educated by the nuns and emerged from UCC in 1988 with a degree in psychology. On a healing quest I travelled the globe after which a profound spiritual experience guided me to into Kairos.
I really had no idea of the level of emotional pain I was actually in.
By now in my thirties I had been carrying the same old feelings around for 3 decades.
Through having extensive kairos the pain lifted bit by bit.
As the pain dropped so did all the extreme behaviours that emitted from it.What liberation and the great thing is there is no limit on feeling better and better.
Through Kairos I continue to grow and grow.
Escorting clients through the walls of their pain in this safe contained process that is Kairos continues to be a fulfilling, rewarding and enriching experience for me.
Seeing how effortlessly the pain is shed and clients returned to a natural pain free healthy self it bewilders me why people would want to ever to keep holding onto their pain!
