Working with energy in its various forms has always held a deep fascination. Having reached a point on my journey where I am in awe of our potential I so wish others to become empowered and to realise who we truly are. To live a life where fear and pain is no longer an issue but that we are able to choose to live from our hearts in joy and gratitude and love. The road is often bumpy and I find that Kairos Therapy is a gentle yet most effective technique to release our emotional pain and to find the beauty hidden within.
As a Kairos Therapist, Instructor and Mentor I see my role as a facilitator for you to open to a new way of thinking, living and being. Learning the technique of Kairos enables you to heal yourself – to listen and to communicate with your feelings and your body is taking responsibility for your own health and well-being. Learning to become self aware is a magical journey and I feel honoured to accompany anyone who wishes to take this path.
I work from home, in Cornwall, seeing clients either on a weekly basis for a number of sessions or sometimes an intensive session is more appropriate. My hours are flexible and I sometimes work at the weekend to enable clients out of county to experience Kairos sessions. Half board accommodation is also available.
Having trained with Dolores Cannon, I am also a facilitator of QHHT – Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy. This work involves consciousness exploration, as well as regression to explore your own unique soul’s history and family patterns and importantly, connecting to your Higher Self for answers and for healing.
My other great passion is Meditation des Tanzes – Sacred Dance. Having taken a teacher training course I am qualified to teach the wonderful dances choreographed by Friedel Kloke-Eibl.
